Clearing your personal space using Feng Shui rituals.ย

There are a lot of different ways in which we can cleanse our personal space. If you feel uncomfortable in your home and feel that your space has negative energy, then you need to make sure that you use one of the method you feel comfortable with, to clear the energy of your home. You don’t have to wait for Spring, to get into some spring cleaning. Make it a habit to clear your space of all negative and stale energy regularly, by moving things around and by keeping the space clear of clutter.

One of the easiest and cheapest way of improving the quality of the energy of your home is by using sunshine. The yang energy of the Sun helps get rid of the stale, yin energy and activates the room with positive energy. You can open up all the doors and windows and let the bright sunshine in, this not only awakens the dead energy of the room, but brings in good luck too.

The best time to this space clearing is in the morning, before the sun gets too strong, especially in Summer months. In Winter time, you can do this ritual in the afternoon, to ensure that the sunlight is strong enough to make a difference (If you find it hard to follow the time suggested here, then just do it when you can). Another way of using the wonderful energy of the sun is by leaving a bucket of water in the sunlight, for at least three hours, and using this water to mop the floor and wipe the furniture.

The Sun’s powerful rays can be used for our personal well being as well. If you are feeling low or under the weather, then spend some time in the Sun. Go for a walk or sit down with a good book and soak in the beautiful energy of the Sun. Do make sure you use sun protection while following this ritual.

When you cleanse your space regularly, you will feel much better, your relationships will improve and things will move in a positive direction.

Here’s to a sunny future for all of you โ˜€๏ธ.

Cheers.

The Mystic Knot

The Mystic Knot is a very popular symbol used in Feng Shui. You might have seen the mystic knot used in tassels, carved on furniture, painted on decorative vases etc. They act as powerful energisers for all the cures used in Feng Shui. In general, the mystic knot symbolises a good, long and happy life. It is also known as the endless knot or the lucky knot.

The mystic knot is also known as the Love Knot and is symbolic of endless love. This symbol represents a long, loving relationship with your loved one, without any setbacks or separation. If you are looking at improving your relationship with your spouse or partner, then this is a good symbol to display in your bedroom.

The mystic knot can be used anywhere in the home, as it brings along with it, harmonious energies, which create the feeling of security, being loved and endless happiness.

Have a lovely day.

Business Luck and Feng Shui

I had a busy day today. After going through most of the things on my To Do List, I decided to stop for a quick bite. As I sat down to enjoy the yummy (hot) Laksa, I couldn’t help noticing the flow of traffic (people) in the shops. It is quite interesting to see how certain shops seem to be busy all the time, while others seem to have long spells of inactivity and they seem to get clients intermittently.

There can be a lot of reasons behind this. If we think about it, it could be just that some cuisines tend to be more popular than others. The quality and presentation of food definitely helps. The weather can play a role in the choice of food we make, like it did for me. It was raining and I felt like having something nice and hot, thus, the Laksa. The easy access and availability of food can be another reason. The list can go on.

Now, if I had to look at these businesses from a Feng Shui point of view, then I would have to take into account a lot of other things too. The landscape of the shop, the orientation of the shop, the shape of the shop etc, are some of the things that a Feng Shui Practitioner keeps in mind. If you are new to Feng Shui and you have no clue about the landscape Feng Shui and you end up buying a shop which doesn’t have the right orientation etc, then what do you do? Do not despair if you are in the same situation, Feng Shui can fix a lot of problems and help improve the business many folds. All you need to do, is take action.

I would like to share another example of how Feng Shui has helped a business. A few weeks ago, I went out for lunch with some friends. We decided to try out a new restaurant. The ambience of the restaurant was nice, but we were not impressed by the quality of the food. Despite that, they seemed to be doing a roaring business. It was quite intriguing to all of us. As we got up to leave, we noticed a lot of Feng Shui cures used in the shop. As we stepped out, I looked above the front door, and sure enough, they had a Bagua mirror there. The restaurants’ front door was facing a straight road, which is considered bad Feng Shui, and to counter it, they had used a Bagua mirror. It was very obvious that they had used the services of a Feng Shui Practitioner for the restaurant. And I can tell you, it was definitely working for them.

Feng Shui can be applied very successfully to improve any kind of luck, at home, office and business. If you or someone you know, is finding it hard to improve their business turnover, then they should definitely think about getting a Feng Shui Consultation done.

If you would like to book an appointment to see how Feng Shui can change your luck, then send me an email on shellysingh168@gmail.com or give me a call on 0448 468 968. Bookings are essential.

I look forward to helping you reach new heights.

Empowering Women using Feng Shuiย

I would like to wish everyone a very Happy International Women’s Day. Let’s make this day, and every other day of the year, an empowering and fulfilling day, for every woman, all over the world.

Today I would like to talk to you about the role Feng Shui can play in empowering the women of the world.

If we look at the Ba Gua, we know that Southwest is the direction of the ‘Matriarch’ or ‘Mother’ of the family. In order to improve your life, as the mother or head  of the family, you need to concentrate on the Southwest of your house. Make sure to take extra care of this corner of your house. The wellbeing and happiness of the mother is directly connected to the state the Southwest corner of your home is in. If you have a bathroom/toilet in the Southwest of your house, then you will find that the mother of the house will always be stressed, and the relationships within the family and with others, will suffer. If possible, avoid using that bathroom. This is not always possible, in which case, you can try and symbolically get rid of the bathroom, by either placing a curtain over the bathroom door, or by sticking a mirror on the door. The main aim here is to transform the energy that is coming from, or going towards, the bathroom door. By using a curtain or a mirror, we create the illusion of the bathroom not being there, and thus, the energy does not get afflicted. It might sound too simple and a bit odd, but it works. If you are in a situation where you have a bathroom in the Southwest of your house, then this is worth looking into and applying. You will notice a significant improvement in the quality of your life once you apply this cure.

If you are lucky enough and do not have a bathroom/toilet in the Southwest of your house, then make sure to keep this area clean and well lit. This will ensure that the mother of the house stays happy and healthy, which in turn means, the whole family will be happy. It also ensures that all your relationships improve over time.

Here’s to happy and empowered ‘Women’ all over the world ๐ŸŒŽ.

Cheers.

Are you new to Feng Shui?

Most people have heard of Feng Shui but do they really know how Feng Shui works? When we use the word Feng Shui, one usually thinks of one’s immediate environment. Feng Shui is all about energy, and this energy flow around the house creates good or bad Feng Shui. If you feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you walk into a house then obviously the energy is good. If you feel uncomfortable when you walk into a space, then that space has negative energy. There could be a lot of reasons for the build up of negative energy. The good news is that you can change the energy of a space by using the principles of Feng Shui.

As we go deeper into the practice of Feng Shui, we realise that there is so much more to Feng Shui than meets the eye. Feng Shui uses five different elements, namely, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, to create a harmonious life. When we use these elements in the right way, we create the right balance of energy in our life. We usually think of our environment as soon as the word Feng Shui is used. But if Feng Shui was just about the environment then it would be working in a vacuum. Feng Shui is always applied with keeping us, the human beings, in mind. So when we apply Feng Shui, we are applying it ‘in our environment’ but we are also applying it ‘for a person’. This interaction of the two layers, environmental and personal, is what brings about amazing results in our lives. When there is balance of energy, there is progress and things move in a positive direction bringing positive outcomes, with minimum fuss.

For someone who isn’t familiar with Feng Shui, this can sound very complicated but once you start understanding the basic principles behind Feng Shui, then it starts making sense.

If you are going through a tough time in your life and would like to learn more about how Feng Shui can change your life and bring happiness, success, good health and abundance, then send me a message and I will take you on a Feng Shui journey you will never forget and you will keep coming back for more.

Cheers
